I have been working in the BPO Industry for 4 years now, I've handled different kinds of accounts such as cable box, 2 telecommunications accounts, credit cards and warranty claim, and purchasing parts.                         
For 4  successful years, I experienced dealing with different kinds of customers who are angry, frustrated, worried, annoyed, irritated, and afraid. Building an emotional connection providing empathy, sympathy, and assurance with the customers is not easy it's even harder when there are no verbal or physical steps to follow.                                                                                                                         I am well organized detail-oriented to every detail or instructions provided, I make sure that I finish all the assigned task and applies all learnings taught to me.  I am knowledgeable of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Google docs, Google Drive, and Google Sheets. I am always willing to be trained, attendance is never an issue with me.
