 As a reliable self-motivated, fast learner, high energy and organized individual, I am confident in my ability to perform the role. After high school, I d ---------- to attend college at Philippine Christian University. I originally started out as Secondary Education major but then switched to Business Administration Major in Management after getting a job as a Bank Teller and Customer Service Associate at Banco De Oro Unibank for five years. I loved the fast-paced environment, I have the ability to work under pressure and found it exciting to serve the client on their needs.  I have learned a lot when it comes to assisting and helping customers. I have also learned and understood how to value time and to use it to its full potentials. With a lot of things to do and a lot of customers to assist, I have honed my skills to be well versed in multi-tasking and to be well aware of my surroundings. I have also understood that there’s just too much to do and too little time. I am good with handling problems, being on top of and reactive to new situations, my hope is to learn more through with every task I take up. With my efforts and hard work, I've been recognized and got promoted in two consecutive year, from a Level 2 customer service associate, to level 4 senior customer service associate. I've been handling people for more than a year driving them to meet client needs.
 
My objective is to obtain a position where I can maximize my customer relations,
staff leadership and communication skills in a challenging environment to achieve the corporate goals. And I am confident that I have gathered enough knowledge on the following, but not limited to:
