As part of my BPO journey, I've had a long experience of being a Customer support, such as resolving customer's concerns, answering emails and chats until such time that I became a Team support which is answering Customer Representative's questions, working on a daily tasks. I was able to handle several teams as well and been an acting Team Manager which I've handled a lot of newly hired agents in their nesting period, monitoring their attendance and scorecards, coaching and conducting tea ---------- eting. I became an assistant Product Trainer as well, conducting up-skill training and other processes.

Attendance for me is really important because time moves fast and I don't to waste every single minute that I have nothing to do during the day. The thing that I like when it comes to work is, I am really eager to work harder because I have a goal and I am always motivated, I am eager to learn and explore more things to gain knowledge. When it comes to daily tasks, I always make that I will finish it within the said period of time.
