Profile Description

I am an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various HR functions and industries. I have a strong track record of supporting organizations in developing and implementing performance management initiatives, driving employee engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
My recent role was as a Human Resource Professional at Outgive Inc., a remote position based in Markham, Ontario, Canada, I play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success of the organization. I am responsible for coordinating the design, development, and implementation of the performance management system, aligning it with the organization's goals and objectives. I assist in creating performance evaluation tools, guidelines, and forms, and provide guidance and assistance to managers and employees during the semi-annual performance appraisal process. In my previous role as a Human Resources Supervisor at Nutrimax Fresh-Baked Inc., I gained comprehensive experience in various HR areas. I successfully handled recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations. I oversaw the sourcing and selection of applicants, conducted interviews, prepared monthly manpower reports, and coordinated the performance appraisal process.
During my tenure as a Human Resources Development Associate/Psychometrician, I provided valuable support to the HRD Officer and played an instrumental role in maintaining employee records, facilitating recruitment, formulating evaluation tools, and identifying training and development needs.
