-Applicant Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting phone/video interviews, and assessing candidate fit based on experience, behavior, and organizational alignment

-Onboarding & Documentation: Preparing offer letters, managing onboarding paperwork, conducting employee orientation and tracking compliance
