Hello there. My name is Upgrade to see actual info. I am currently a Marketing Manger at an education consultancy based in the Philippines. I conceptualize marketing collaterals to maximize the promotion and reach of the company's services. I also took on the role of an Education Agent in the same consultancy wherein I had to recruit students to study abroad by doing webinars, face-to-face orientations, and through chat, email, and phone assessments. Part of my job was also to verify student's documents before lodging of a student's visa application.
Last year up until May 2023, I had a stint as a Virtual Assistant for a meal delivery service biz for postpartum mums based in Australia. I assisted the Operations Manager in handling email support, data entry, and logistics.
Previously, I worked as a Client Service Associate at one of the biggest banks in the Philippines wherein I handled client transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashments, bills payment, etc. I also answered calls regarding client's concerns and inquiries on bank products, cross-sell bank products and services to reach the branch's yearly goal, and identified counterfeit currency among many others.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in 2015 where I learned the basics of writing, photography, video, layout, and so much more. I had my internship at a cable television service provider where I served as a writer, reporter, and researcher for its daily news program and during special events coverage, I assisted the production staff.
