I possess extensive proficiency in various tools such as Gorgias, Zen Desk, Shopify, NetSuite, Google Docs, Five9, Trello, Richpanel, Konnektive, Intercom, Aircall, and Asana.
My focus is on providing exceptional customer service, and I am highly motivated, and determined, and possess excellent communication skills. I am also capable of working efficiently under pressure.
