Profile Description

Daily planning and operations of the team. Ensure that each teaUpgrade to see actual infomber meets their Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieves their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Organizing and managing your team's schedules, providing training and development through team huddles and coaching sessions. Creating performance reports and documenting feedback. Additionally, responsible for handling administrative tasks.
Over the past 7 years, I have been extensively involved in customer service as a Representative for accounts based in the United States and Canada. I have garnered valuable experience handling inbound calls, and assisting customers with technical, sales, and billing Upgrade to see actual info addition, I have also served as a Chat/Email Support Representative for 14 months, responding to customers' online orders and concerns. During this period, I have been involved in order placements, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
I possess extensive proficiency in various tools such as Gorgias, Zen Desk, Shopify, NetSuite, Google Docs, Five9, Trello, Richpanel, Konnektive, Intercom, Aircall, and Asana.
My focus is on providing exceptional customer service, and I am highly motivated, and determined, and possess excellent communication skills. I am also capable of working efficiently under pressure.
