My past experience was to have worked as a manager with several of the most reputable restaurants here in the Philippines. Due to that role, I have been highly involved with the assessment of customer service and support, marketing, sales and administrative processes of the business. I have been involved in several seminars, training and program processes development.
I have also experienced working at a call center which catered to U.S., Australian and U.K. based clients. I have handled customer care and support, technical support and sales. Attending to customers' concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction are some of my fortes. I have been a top sales performer for 4 years. My other skills include MS Office and office administration.
I am very results-oriented, optimistic and hardworking. I have the ability to focus even under pressure and I exude a positive attitude towards challenges that come my way. I am very dedicated and very open to learn new things. I am also detail-oriented, which is very important for the position to be executed well.
