Let's work together! I am an experienced Virtual Assistant/Project Manager for online influencers/coaches such as Dating Coach, Anxiety Coach, Personal Development Coach, Fitness and Diet Coach, Crypto Trader/Coach and Hypnotherapist. I am also a Business Manager for an advertising agency. I can create content, edit videos, schedule social media posts and email marketing.  I also do admin tasks and Executive Assistant tasks through Upgrade to see actual info and Trello. I have used Wix, Notion, Workflowy, Trainerize and Thinkific too. I am also in charge of Financing, Social Media Management and  Email Management through Kajabi, GetResponse. Creating/repurposing content for Social Media posts from Planoly, and checking Registration and Landing Pages from Kajabi/GetResponse include my daily tasks. 
Manage day-to-day operations and analyze Daily Reports from the team then send them to the client, lead daily teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings, and set weekly goals + KPIs for the team to hit and receive rewards. I also recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees. I communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise and review job contributions. I plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
I also worked as a part-time  Field Researcher (Mystery Shopper) from 2019 to 2022 but the fear of acquiring COVID every time I am in the field makes me think of doing work from home.
I have six years of experience in the Customer Service field. I previously worked in reputable BPO companies and laddered my way up to Project Manager after a few years. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative/Sales Support, Conference Coordinator and Payroll specialist. 
I worked as a Project Manager for accounts such as Lead Generation, Survey Studies, Customer Service and Phone interviews.  Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Data Mining, Cold Calling, CRM familiarity, Calendar Management, Digital Marketing through Social Media Management, Email Management and Support
I can work graveyard shifts.
I can provide both Email and Phone Support and Data Entry works.
Customer Service is a challenging and fulfilling job. Providing for the customer's needs should always be a top priority. I have high regard for other people's time which is why I always make sure to finish the task given to me promptly. I am highly teachable and have keen attention to detail bordering on perfectionism. My experience has honed my project management and customer service skills and taught me to work under pressure.
