Assist with dispatch and delivery scheduling support

Customs + Documentation Support
Organize shipping docs (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, clearance files)
Coordinate missing documents with broker/forwarder
Monitor clearance and release status
Keep folders complete per shipment reference

Supplier Follow-Up + Procurement Support
Follow up pending deliveries and confirm schedules
Assist in PO tracking and delivery performance reports
Coordinate with internal teams for receiving and updates
Support basic sourcing coordination when needed

Inventory + Reporting Support
Stock aging and slow-moving list tracking
Replenishment reminders and transfer support
Data cleanup, updating spreadsheets, and reports
Weekly/monthly inventory and logistics reporting support
