Since 2018, I've been helping business owners keep their operations running smoothly behind the scenes. My background is primarily in lead generation and maintaining CRM databases. Throughout my experience, I've worked with different tools and workflows for prospect research, CRM updates and administrative support. Beyond lead generation, I've also gained hands on experience supporting eCommerce businesses.
