Profile Description

I was a Technical Support Representative of DELL computers for end-users based on US and internationally for almost 6 years. 
I was responsible for providing positive customer experience over the phone, through email or live chat whenever they encounter hardware or software issues with their computer/s they purchased. My task includes dispatching parts or certified onsite technician as well as placing orders for non-warranty parts to fix their the problem.  
I have 37 certifications received through DCSE (Dell Certified System Experts) program of DELL with badge ID 395942 and we use Citrix platform. 
I also have Customer Service/VA experience as a freelancer for 1 year with an E-commerce company.  I  was doing Email and chat support for order processing, returns/refunds as well as manage over Upgrade to see actual info Facebook pages with multiple ads moderation.  
I used SupportBee and Helpscout email platform, while I use Konnektive CRM for order processing, cancellation, refund and reships.
Currently, I'm a part time (flexible 2 hrs/day) customer support for an E-commerce company selling luxury product since September 2023.  I provide customer support through email using Gorgias and Richpanel.  I also navigate through shopify for order alterations or editing customer information.  We do use ClickUp and google workspace in organizing our specific tasks.
