I am currently working as an Administrative Officer. I know how to handle Administrative work with minimum supervision and I can extend assistance if needed. Prior to being an Administrative Officer, I was with BPO Industry. I’ve worked as a customer service representative for 7 years, and with that I have learned so many things not only those call center’s termininologies but also personal matters such as building a personality within you, understanding diffrent cultures and how to communicate with different kind of people and how to handle them with respect to build trust. With these being said I am looking forward working with you, so I myself can contribute, by giving assistance, support and sharing my knowledge to best of my ability. I am well rounded so I am sure that I can handle other things that I dont know yet. I am confident that I can be trusted and you can hire me as soon as possible. I wont let you down.
