Profile Description

I was an accomplished Customer Support Representative for more than 10 years. A combination of experience in a physical store and phone support cultivated my confidence in soft and hard skills over the years. I have learned the importance of building my character through overcoming and learning from my failures And identifying what I need to improve. 

Aside from being an accomplished customer support representative, I'm also a self-taught graphic designer. I love to experiment and incorporate my communication skills through layout design. 

A growth mindset has led me to acquire more skills, especially outside my expertise. I'm positive there's always a way to learn things if we only put our mind to it.
