As a Recruitment Marketing Supervisor for 4 years, I have managed recruitment-focused social media platforms and executed both organic and paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn as a Campaign Manager. My expertise includes email marketing, campaign strategies, organizing virtual and physical job fairs, basic graphic design, and implementing various marketing initiatives.

On a personal project, I manage my own Etsy shop where I handle end-to-end operations, including product listing creation, writing SEO-optimized descriptions, researching and applying effective Etsy tags and keywords, and managing the shop dashboard. I also create and publish Pinterest pins to drive external traffic to my listings and use Canva to design visual content aligned with brand aesthetics.
