Hi! I'm Ryan Fritz Ivan Nisperos, a Hospitality Management student with experience in customer service, hotel operations, and food service. I previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at VXI, where I handled customer inquiries, resolved concerns, and provided professional phone support.
I also gained hands-on hospitality experience through my internship at Hotel Dream World and as an on-call waiter/server for events and functions. These experiences helped me develop strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
I am eager to learn, highly adaptable, and committed to delivering quality work. I am currently seeking opportunities in customer support, virtual assistance, data entry, administrative support, and other remote roles where I can contribute while continuing to develop my skills.
