I've been in the BPO industry for more than 14 years I can say that I Have been dependable, reliable and can work independently. I've been a Retention Agent, Sales and Customer Service Representative for an American Internet Service Provider. I Have also been a Transaction Fraud Analyst for One of the Leading American credit card company and had been a Customer Service Representative for one of the Well known American Mortgage company for 3 years. Currently I am Working for An Australian Company as customer service and it also includes paperwork validation. I'm good with Microsoft office. My typing skill is good but i can do better if needed.
