My previous work experience includes handling communication, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks in fast-paced office and government environments. These experiences helped me develop strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

I am most comfortable with non-voice tasks such as product listing, chat support, email support, and administrative work, but I can also handle light calls when needed.
