If you're juggling multiple shipments, customer requests, and time-sensitive tasks, I can provide dependable freight support that helps keep shipments organized, communication clear, and operations moving efficiently.

Through Freight VA training and hands-on practice using AscendTMS, I have developed the ability to create and manage loads, maintain accurate shipment records, document load notes, and monitor shipment progress from booking through delivery. My focus is on maintaining organized workflows and supporting efficient dispatch operations.

I provide timely shipment updates, communicate estimates time of arrival (ETA) changes, and coordinate with customers, drivers, carriers, brokers, shippers, and consignee to support clear communication throughout the freight process. I also review Bills of Lading (BOL), Rate Confirmations (RC), and Proofs of Delivery (POD) to help maintain accurate shipment records and support efficient dispatch operations.

Using AscendTMS, and Google Sheets, I organize shipment information, monitor load progress, and document delivery exceptions. I also assist with freight quoting and freight class verification using freight quote platforms and freight class calculators to support informed shipment planning.

I'm continuously strengthening my skills by practicing real-world freight scenarios, including load booking, shipment tracking, ETA management, detention situations, delivery exceptions, customer communication, and dispatch coordination. My goal is to provide reliable support that contributes to organized operations, timely communication, and a positive customer experience.
