As an experienced Customer Support professional with a passion for enabling business growth, I possess strong communication skills and expertise in developing processes, systems, policies, and procedures. My 5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant Manager for e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Facebook Marketplace/Shop, and Shopify have further honed my ability to effectively support entrepreneurs and business owners in reaching their goals. 

With experience managing a team of over 80 virtual assistants, I am equipped to handle various tasks, including product research, bulk listing, inventory management, order processing, handling refunds and replacements, negotiating with suppliers, and providing excellent customer service. 

I am proficient in a range of tools, including Zik Analytics, AutoDs, DS Genie, SkuGrid, Keepa, AMZ Scout Pro, RevSeller, OA Gravity, OA Genius, Informed, Shipper Bay, Reprice Hub, and Jungle Scout, and I am always eager to learn and utilize new technologies to enhance my services.
