I started my career on the front lines — handling inbound customer service calls in the finance industry, where I learned the art of listening, problem-solving, and delivering results under pressure. That foundation shaped everything that followed.
From there, I grew into a Learning Apprentice, where I got hands-on experience in training and development. I helped create learning events, built feedback mechanisms that actually worked, and monitored associate performance to support the team in hitting their goals. Along the way, I also took on back-office responsibilities — reviewing customer accounts, catching errors, and making sure every piece of information was accurate and up to date.
Today, I work as a Mortgage Servicer at PHH Mortgage, where I assist borrowers with their mortgage inquiries and help them navigate the process with confidence.
