Hi! I'm Lou, a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management. With over 5 years and 11 months of experience across various roles including Advisor I Customer Service, KYC Chat Associate, Purchasing Staff, Document Controller, Cashier, and currently as an SKU Management Specialist, I bring a diverse and well-rounded skill set, particularly in administrative operations and customer support.

I started my career as a Cashier, handling daily sales transactions and assisting customers. I then transitioned into a Document Controller/ISO Staff role, where I managed and organized sensitive company documents while ensuring compliance with ISO standards. As a Purchasing Staff, I handled supplier coordination, generated reports, participated in cross-functional meetings, and distributed updated engineering drawings.

I further expanded my experience as a Chat Associate under KYC/FinCrime, where I verified customer identities and monitored suspicious activities. I also served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trainer, supporting and guiding foreign teammates. Most recently, I worked as an Advisor I Customer Service, assisting clients with healthcare and insurance-related concerns, strengthening my communication, problem-solving, and data entry skills.

Currently, I am working as an SKU Management Specialist for over 6 months, where I handle product listing accuracy, SKU creation and maintenance, inventory coordination, and data management across systems. This role has enhanced my attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage large datasets efficiently.
