I have a strong background in brokerage operations, where I handled shipment coordination, document processing, and client communication. I supported the full cycle of shipments by ensuring that loads are properly tracked, documents are complete, and any issues are addressed promptly.
In my previous role, I regularly communicated with clients, internal teams, and external agencies through email and phone regarding shipment updates and documentation requirements. I also prepared reports, monitored shipment status, and maintained accurate records to support daily operations.
I am comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, where accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are important. I am used to following processes closely while also taking initiative when issues arise.
I am now looking to work as a Freight / Logistics Virtual Assistant where I can use my experience in shipment tracking, coordination, and documentation. I am open to learning new tools and systems and committed to providing reliable, accurate, and consistent support.
