I have been working for almost 9 years now in a web hosting company. I have acquired valuable experience in all facets of troubleshooting, ---------- and chat support tickets with regards to web hosting. Became Level 2 Technical Support for 5 years. I have extensive knowledge and skills about web hosting services as I worked with 1&1 Internet Philippines Inc. and Dreamscape Networks Inc. which are a well known web hosting company based in Cebu, Philippines.

- Experienced in Cpanel/WHM & Plesk
- Knowledge in Wordpress and other CMS Application
- Web hosting transfer (transferring/ configuring wordpress site to other hosting)
- CMS installation (Wordpress and Joomla)
