I have 3 years working experience in a call center industry who provide technical support
and customer service for
COMCAST a internet and cable provider in the US.
After my stint in the call center industry i choose to become a Virtual assistant Representative who handle emails, product inquiries and disputes including order management.
for a E-commerce store that uses Shopify,reamaze ,gmail and Facebook page to promote and provide great customer experience to our valued customers.
I always think positive in every worst situation and every time i
