During the first two years of college, online classes became the norm due to the pandemic. Our primary source of notes consisted of blurred photographs sent by professors. To address this, I meticulously transcribed the content into MS Word, ensuring accuracy and clarity while highlighting key information for easier study and reference. As an Online English Teacher, I was responsible for inputting key phrases and vocabulary that students needed to practice into the company’s platform. This process often required manual formatting and coding, which I consistently handled with precision and attention to detail.

Since Junior High, I have actively cultivated strong organizational and coordination skills. I managed digital files with precision, systematically labeling and archiving documents for easy access. In both academic and artistic group projects—including theses, presentations, and multimedia collaborations—I took the lead in delegating responsibilities and monitoring progress, regularly requesting updates and aligning team efforts with our planned timeline. This proactive approach ensured smooth execution, even when unforeseen challenges emerged, reflecting my commitment to efficiency, accountability, and teamwork.

I apply a structured approach to managing tasks by distinguishing between urgency and importance. This allows me to strategically prioritize projects, optimize my workflow, and allocate time effectively. I make it a point to complete work well ahead of deadlines, ensuring both high-quality output and a reliable, stress-minimized process.

I consistently uphold accuracy and clarity in all written tasks by carefully encoding information and double-checking every detail to minimize errors. During my internship, I ensured that all written content—including grammar, spelling, captions, and photos—was factually sound and professionally presented. In my role as an online English teacher, I applied the same level of diligence by crafting individualized feedback after each class, tailored to every learners' level from beginner to intermediate. I made certain that every message was both linguistically correct and easily understood, supporting learner comprehension and confidence.

Building on my previous experience coordinating with student organization members, mentors, and international students, I have consistently maintained clear and proactive communication for purposes such as feedback, clarification, and information dissemination. Currently, I am acting on behalf of my parents to communicate with the architect overseeing our house construction—managing updates, addressing site-specific concerns, and seeking timely clarification to ensure smooth project progress.

I ensure that each creative project I handle effectively conveys its intended message and thematic focus. I actively integrate the team’s ideas, visions, and feedback to produce well-rounded, meaningful outcomes. For example, in a narrated storybook project during college, I coordinated and facilitated the integration of each member’s unique ideas into the story’s development and flow. Ensuring to highlight individual strengths which resulted to a cohesive and compelling final product that reflected our shared creativity.

Throughout my academic journey, I have consistently utilized cloud-based platforms to support collaboration, communication, and productivity. During Senior High, I used Google Classroom as our Learning Management System (LMS), navigating assignments and feedback seamlessly. In college, I relied on Google Meet, Sheets, Docs, and Slides to facilitate data gathering, reporting, and class and team meetings. These tools also proved essential during my internship as a content creator, where I used Google Drive to organize, store, and attach images for each content pitch—ensuring clarity, accessibility, and visual alignment.

I consistently coordinated with student leaders from other organizations during school events and effectively relayed key information to members of my own organization to ensure alignment and participation. During my internship, I maintained active communication with my mentors to stay informed about meetings, weekly writing schedules, and content revisions—ensuring smooth workflow and timely deliverables.

I have consistently leveraged Microsoft 365 applications—including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—to efficiently manage academic responsibilities such as homework, structured notetaking, and project presentations. These experiences reflect my strong proficiency in digital productivity tools and my ability to apply them in practical, outcome-driven contexts. To further enhance these competencies, I am actively enrolled in online courses focused on deepening my expertise across Microsoft 365 platforms, reinforcing both technical precision and adaptive learning.

As a Content Creator Intern, I produced digital content—including articles, listicles, and social media captions—aligned with brand messaging and audience engagement goals. Proactively contributed to the creative process by pitching content ideas to the Sales and Marketing team, supporting the planning and execution of digital campaigns.

I have published an ebook in the literary genre of prose poetry through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, utilizing tools such as Kindle Create to manage formatting and layout. I independently oversaw the entire publishing process—from writing and editing to designing the book cover. I am currently developing a second manuscript and actively deepening my knowledge to continue improving my craft.

Prioritizing cultural awareness and sensitivity, I cultivated an inclusive classroom environment and maintained respectful, open communication with both students and their guardians.
