I am proficient in QuickBooks and have experience in email management (Outlook), customer service, and video editing. I’ve also worked in the US healthcare and pharmacy industry, providing administrative and client support in that space.
In addition, I have hands-on experience supporting Amazon retail businesses, assisting with tasks such as inventory updates, order tracking, and customer inquiries.
