I used to work as a customer service representative of one of the biggest telecommunications company in the US. I receive calls that allows me to explain their bill and analyze the bill if there is an error (Human Error or Billing System Error). with this I realize that I enjoy solving problems and hear my customers grateful of what I can do.
I studied Bachelor of Science Information Technology. This field helped me learn about logical analysis of the programs and Problem Solving to make them work. With this combined with my enthusiasm, goal oriented and perseverance and can have a job well done. And since I already worked from several companies I can also be a customer service representative and is willing to be trained for the specification of the product.
