With over 8 years of experience in import/export operations, international shipping, freight documentation, customer service, and administrative support in both the Philippines and the UAE, I have built my career around ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Throughout my career, I have managed import and export documentation, coordinated with international clients and overseas agents, monitored shipments, and provided excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

To expand my skills for today's remote work environment, I completed Virtual Assistant training focused on email and calendar management, data entry, online research, document management, and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Trello, Canva, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Dropbox.

Today, I am focused on supporting freight forwarders, logistics companies, customs brokers, and supply chain businesses as a Logistics & Freight Virtual Assistant. I enjoy helping teams stay organized, ensuring documentation is accurate, and keeping operations running efficiently.
