Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry for 3 years, handling customer service accounts and being a sales manager for a few months. I have also experienced being a secretary doing administrative tasks, making reports, inventory, and accounting in a non-profit organization. I'm known for being resilient in the past jobs I have. I graduated with the course of teaching but I didn't pursue on that course since I have more interest in doing this line of work.
