I hope you are doing well!

I've been in the BPO industry (Business process outsourcing) for 7 years. I was a technical support for comcast for almost 2 years and billing support for Bell Canada for 6 months. I was also an activation specialist for utility management which was Conservice for more than 3 years and we used Google Workspace and CRM for properties was REO Health, System health which were very grandfathered. Currently I am an email support for an online tutoring company and the tools we use is Retool, and Zendesk. We also get assigned to KYC and subscription managements for their app when it is peak season.

With all those experiences, I've learned a lot from and gained skills. Willing to be trained and can work with minimal supervision. My expected rate is $7 per hour. I am looking for a part time job, but I can work full time. I am available 9 AM to 6PM PST.
