Profile Description

Human Resources Administration:

Maintains and oversees documentation, including 201 files and HR reports.

Drafts and enforces HR policies in collaboration with the HR consultant.

Handles government compliance tasks such as SSS contributions, loans, Pag-IBIG,

and PhilHealth.

Manages Payroll and Timekeeping.

Employee Relations and Development:

Leads employee relations efforts, addressing discipline and motivation.

Prepares disciplinary documents, including Notices to Explain and Notices of

Decisions.

Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Law.

Proposes and implements training and seminars for employee development.

Promotes work-life balance and fosters employee engagement.

Recruitment and Performance Management:

Oversees end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.

Creates and updates job descriptions and conducts job evaluations.

Manages performance appraisals and implements performance management

strategies.

Audits and Administrative Support:

Conducts internal audits of the company’s main stockroom.

Provides administrative support to the President and Vice President .
