As an experienced e-commerce manager and trainer, I have the skills and knowledge to oversee the entire Amazon Store operations and lead a team of VAs, customer service representatives and technical staff. I can create and enforce the company house rules that specify the team's goals, work schedule, policies, restrictions, limitations and sanctions. I am proficient in Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, Google sheet and PowerPoint presentation. I can prepare the company's budget/revenue forecast, pleadings, memorandum, contract/agreement and any type of business report. I can handle the payroll and recruitment processes. I have experience listing good products on Amazon, Shopify and E-bay stores.
