- Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details
- Confirm plan type, network status, deductibles, copays, and referrals
- Check authorization requirements and track approval status
- Document insurance details
- Check claim status, identify denials, and follow up with payers
- Manage provider portal enrollment and credential updates

III. Sales & Customer Support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Introduce products/services and answer customer inquiries
- Support sales targets through excellent customer service

IV. Data Entry & Administrative Support
- Enter, update, and verify data with high accuracy
- Maintain organized digital records and files
- Convert documents and generate basic reports
- Ensure data confidentiality and meet deadlines
