Profile Description

I am an HR professional and a Recruitment Specialist with almost 6 years of experience in different facets of HR, including end-to-end recruitment, training and development, labor relations, timekeeping, payroll processing, employee benefits, employee movements, and employee engagement. I started my career in Human Resources on June 5, 2017, at The SM Store San Pablo as an HR Assistant. In this role, I was mainly responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to off-boarding, as well as handling labor relations and employee engagement.
I also worked at Hacienda Macalauan Inc. as an HR Assistant, where I was responsible for managing various aspects of the HR department. This included end-to-end recruitment, timekeeping, manual payroll processing, compensation and benefits, labor relations, employee engagement, inventory of supplies, and training and development.
Recently, I became a Corporate Recruiter at Lewis Glanz Consulting, where I source and help the organization find perfect candidates who fit our diverse culture. Currently, I have been assigned to help one of our clients, Macdonald and Company, in sourcing for various professionals across APAC, specifically in the real estate and built environment sectors.
