I am an HR professional and a Recruitment Specialist with almost 6 years of experience in different facets of HR, including end-to-end recruitment, training and development, labor relations, timekeeping, payroll processing, employee benefits, employee movements, and employee engagement. I started my career in Human Resources on June 5, 2017, at The SM Store San Pablo as an HR Assistant. In this role, I was mainly responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to off-boarding, as well as handling labor relations and employee engagement.
