I worked as a Customer Service Executive for over 9 years. I have a “can-do” attitude whenever given multiple or tedious tasks. I can easily adapt to a new environment and always willing to learn new skills needed by my client. I'm very keen on details and make clarifications on some points that might be confusing for my clients. I made sure that I deliver a quick and accurate output and gives updates in a timely manner.
I am a very honest and reliable person. I admit that I still have a lot to learn in this fast-paced industry, which made me a wonderful employee who knows how to listen well and follow instructions just as given.
