Profile Description

A Customer Service pro in the corporate and remote scene - I've worked for different global companies for over 15 years - companies as big as Citi and Shell. My last corporate job was with Shell where I stayed for almost 7 yrs before I dUpgrade to see actual info it was time to stay at home and earn while enjoying its comforts. I've been a trainer, a QA, and a mentor in the corporate world. :)

As a remote worker, I've worked as a VA for a credit repair company based in Texas. I have also been the head of the Customer Service Team of a fast-rising company that has Amazon, eBay, and other stores and stayed with them for almost 5yrs. Most recently, I've worked with a medical supplies company where I have helped train and mentor some junior colleagues and stayed with them for almost 3yrs.

I'm great at both writing and speaking English. I prefer email/chat support but I can work with phones if needed. I have basic Photoshop skills, I love Canva, and I know how to use Gorgias, Zendesk, Hubspot, HelpScout, Asana, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc. 

I enjoy a few very simple things in life:  good books, streaming movies and shows, Spotify, my dogs, and most recently, my newfound love for traveling!

I have a great rig - a Mac Mini M1 with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. I'm usually on it when I'm at home. I also have a backup laptop which I use a lot when I'm traveling. It's a MacBook Pro 2018 with 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD. Most importantly, I work with a >600Mbps stable wifi and wired internet connection with backup pocket wifi with 15-100Mbps.
