Started working in the BPO industry since 2010 in an entry-level (CSR) with various of LOBs (telecommunications, internet provider, outsourcing, lead generation and health account). Eventually handled my own team, built my own contact center and now currently handling my own business. As a General Manager and part-owner of a microfianance company in Rizal, I still want to venture in different field and I know I can be a great addition to any institution because of my experience and acquired skills.
