Profile Description

•Assist the Operations Head with day to day operations including sourcing new
products from different countries according to requirements.
•Obtain pricing from multiple factories and vendors to do a comparative analysis
to find the best price and quality.
• Act as the liaison between the Sales Team and the Operations Manager to
complete new product requests.
• Create and maintain database of sourcing partners, factories and products.
• Negotiate prices with factories when customers require more competitive prices;
and in general for our own branded products.
• Assist in creating Purchase Orders to factories for order new goods.
• Assisting in obtaining information on local trucking costs for modeling.
• Creates and implements the company's Quality Management System.
• Conducts internal audits of processes and procedures.
• Plans, directs, coordinates, and oversees operations activities in the company,
ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the organization.
•Handles correspondence with clients and staff.
•Creates Operational resources and tools.
