From 2017 to 2023, I worked as a Team Manager, leading both remote and in-office teams. I was responsible for performance monitoring, coaching and development, payroll coordination, and reporting. In this role, I strengthened my leadership, communication, and operational management skills while ensuring team productivity and accountability.

Most recently, from 2024 to 2026, I worked as a Medicaid Processor with Medicaid Done Right. I managed Medicaid applications end-to-end for long-term care residents, including document collection, eligibility verification, case tracking, and coordination with clients, families, facility staff, and state agencies. This role required strong attention to detail, compliance with state regulations, and the ability to manage sensitive information accurately and efficiently.

Across all roles, I have developed strong skills in customer service, operations management, documentation, process improvement, and stakeholder communication. I am highly organized, adaptable, and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work in remote and fast-paced environments.
