Besides my dedication to customer service and debt collection, I have a profound love for editing photos and creating birthday banners, invitations, and books. Being a mom to my wonderful kids has sparked my passion for designing birthday banners and invitations for children. They inspire me with their creativity and joy, motivating me to create delightful designs that capture the spirit of childhood celebrations.

Technical Support Representatives assist with technical issues related to products and services. Chat Support Representatives provide online assistance in real-time. These roles require strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on providing excellent customer support.

A loan collector is responsible for collecting overdue debts from borrowers by contacting them through various means, such as phone calls and emails. They also provide customer service to borrowers by helping them understand repayment options and troubleshoot any issues. Loan collectors play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships between borrowers and lenders by ensuring that borrowers fulfill their financial obligations. They must have strong communication skills and a good understanding of loan agreements and repayment terms.

In my past positions as both a customer service representative and an online seller, I handled incoming calls, addressing inquiries about the products I offered. During these interactions, I provided demonstrations and conveyed essential information, ensuring that every call resulted in a successful sale. Additionally, in my customer service role within a BPO setting, I specialized in upselling internet plans and mobile phones, diligently working to close deals and maximize sales opportunities.
