Hello! I've been working in the BPO industry since 2010, handled several international accounts. I was a customer service/technical/email and chat support agent, mostly with Telco accounts. I've also handled Google products and Workspace. I am a very hardworking, adaptable, curious and understanding person. For now, I can do customer/technical support jobs and will train so I could add more skills. I am also planning to pursue my college studies, but not for now.

I'm very interested working in Medical or Healthcare niche. Although Im not of any medical graduate or enough experience, I'm very much willing to learn and adapt to that. I took trainings to get familiarized with the tools and process and gained brief idea on how it works. Im open to be trained as well, and will do my best to learn everything about it. I'm very much adaptable, hardworking and I appreciate all the good things in life. I hope I could find a job where I will be acknowledged and appreciated and will allow me to grow and gain more knowledges and skills.
