Hello! I've been working in the BPO industry since 2010, handled several international accounts. I was a customer service/technical/email and chat support agent, mostly with Telco accounts. I've also handled Google products and Workspace. I am a very hardworking, adaptable, curious and understanding person. For now, I can do customer/technical support jobs and will train so I could add more skills. I am also planning to pursue my college studies, but not for now.

I can do several tasks, mostly email, chats, or any nonvoice tasks. My most recent job is with Transcosmos IS and I was a chat/email support for a retail service and now, currently working in Boldr Impact as Senior Customer Service Associate for a healthcare account. I have experiences in Salesforce, SAP, PKMS, Commerce Cloud, Cybersource, ZingTree, Zendesk, Intercom and Slack. I've also gained certificates for Data Entry, Canva, Copywriting, Social Media Management, Lead Generation and Meta Advertising. I'm also waiting for my certificates for HIPAA, Medical Administrative and Medical Billing.

I'm very interested working in Medical or Healthcare niche. Although Im not of any medical graduate or enough experience, I'm very much willing to learn and adapt to that. I took trainings to get familiarized with the tools and process and gained brief idea on how it works. Im open to be trained as well, and will do my best to learn everything about it. I'm very much adaptable, hardworking and I appreciate all the good things in life. I hope I could find a job where I will be acknowledged and appreciated and will allow me to grow and gain more knowledges and skills.
