• 2 years experience as an Amazon product lister, researcher, and creating Purchase Orders.
• 10+ years experience in Customer Service Post either through Phone, Email, and chat support, or Verbal Interpersonal Interactions. I handled customer queries, orders, customer complaints, billing concerns, providing quotes through a land transportation service, e-commerce support, etc.
• 2 years and 3 months solid experience as a Technical Support Representative. Providing Inbound and Outbound technical support through phone, email, and chat. IT helpesk by troubleshooting
software, hardware, and even networking problems of DellTM desktops, laptops, printers, wireless routers, and access points. Creating Tickets if needed to dispatch field technician(s) to replace defective parts.
• 5 years experience in the Inbound sales; 2+ years experience in handling Resolution tickets; 4+ years in handling fulfillment tickets thru email, chat, & phone support.
