Profile Description

Offshore Server Administrator - Provides medium to high level administration for Windows Servers platform (Physical and Virtual Servers). Handles VMware and Citrix infrastructure support.
• Perform troubleshooting and has support scope on Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016.
• Provides Active Directory support. Managing the Group Policy Objects. Managing all the i ---------- , request, and change implementation in Domain Controllers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Wintel servers via RDP, CLI and ILO
• Ensure server availability through server monitoring alert via N-able / N-central
• Assists technical guide and directions to DC personnel during server HW troubleshooting.
• Restoration of server OS thru Backup restore.
• Active Directory Management provisioning user and application service accounts, migration and auditing thru AD CLI commands
• Management overview of all MS Clusters for File/Apps/Hyper V servers
• Provision Shares and Share access requirement
• Performs DHCP Management, Reservation and Exclusion.
• DNS support and Troubleshooting.
• Provides server access and profile management.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Managed AV (Sentinel One, AV defender and Crowdstrike)
• Main POC in all certificate updates and SSL provisioning
• Update and manage certificates of all client hosted sites and applications
• Manage and publish applications through remote desktops
• Troubleshoot RDGW issues and other published applications
VMware/Vcloud Administration
• Support and manages the whole VMware vSphere 5.0, 5.5 and 6.x
• Performs troubleshooting and provides recommendation in VM level
• Performs regular task such as disk extensions, RAM upgrade and CPU increase
• Manages the VM infrastructure through VM migration, Datastore Capacity monitoring and ESX performance
• Migrates VM across host within a HA Cluster
• Deployed several VMs from Templates and Customized their configuration as-needed
• Handles the capacity management of datastores, CPU and RAM
• Provides recommendation based on usage trend / recent server report
Citrix Administration
• Troubleshoots and Manages Citrix Xenapp 6.5
• Manage and troubleshoot MCS environment
• Provides remote assistance to an end user on application issues
• Publish and administers new applications
• Manage and Update Machine catalogs
• Coordinates and assists for vendor supports
• Creates a monthly report of user, application and server usage
