Hi, I’m Lolito III (Thirdy). I am a Property Management Virtual Assistant with over 1 year of experience supporting a US-based property management company.

In my current role, I handle tenant communication, maintenance coordination, leasing support, and administrative tasks to help keep daily operations organized and running smoothly.

I regularly respond to tenant inquiries, schedule and coordinate maintenance with vendors, assist with leasing tasks such as applications and follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM records. I also manage email communication, data entry, and general operational support.

I understand how important fast response times, organization, and clear communication are in property management. I make sure tasks are completed properly, and nothing gets missed.

I am reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environments. I can adapt quickly and require minimal supervision once I understand the workflow.
