Profile Description

Had 9 years of experience in the BPO industry as a customer service representative and 3 year+ working as a virtual assistant.
I have a significant amount of exposure to customer service operations, including handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. I have also gained expertise in using various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone.

As a virtual assistant, I have experienced a different work environment than what i was used to. I’ve learned new tools and software to communicate and collaborate with my clients and colleagues remotely. I have also faced new challenges, such as managing my time and prioritizing tasks, without direct supervision.

Overall, my experience have given me a broad skill set and adaptability to new work situations. I have developed a strong work ethic and dedication to providing excellent customer service, even in a remote setting.
