Hi Denz here! Looking for someone to scale up your business ? Well that's me.

I am very competent in a professional way and only to my previous or yesterday self. I also strive to be the best that I can be learning everyday in many fields of business here in the Virtual world.

For the past 3 years and counting I been showing product listing and customer service in E-Commerce platforms and collaborating with Foreign clients in their Current business. I have also Showing skills in Insurance and Customer Service line of business as well as in Admin support and Social media Optimization.

Also for 2 years, contact center industry taking phone calls for client's specific business is one of my skills set.

For me Selling is helping, having business with a purpose is a mission, our everyday goal is our mission. The best foundation of our society and negotiation is education, and "Connection"
is a reflection of a genuine Intention

Tools that I use are mainly for general VA but willing to explore and learn new tools, for I know that this Industry is a journey. But now I am familiar with. Meet Tools: Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, WeCom, Classin, Calendly, Microsoft and Google workspace. Phone : Soft Avaya and Salesforce. Account Management: Salesforce, Atlas and Samson. Knowledge base: Internal Systems, C2, General KB, AI Platforms Chat GPT, Gemini and Google. Editing: Adobe, Canva, Microsoft
Office, Capcut. E-Commerce: eBay Etsy and Cross listings at Nifty and Vendoo.

Now I am seeking for a work that will enhance my skills and also provide to my family while collaborating with you because. I know
if we work together we can scale things, one business at a time.
