I’ve been an HR for a logisitcs company and been able to handle clients as well as our own manpower. It helps me to practice my skills in communicating with people, problem solving and etc.

For my both past works I was able to handle payroll in US as well as in the Philippines. I am familiar with US laws when it comes to paying their employees and as well as their benefits and how it works.

I worked for 1 1/2 year for a international payroll account as a full time customer service representative. I was able to work under pressure and been a consistent top agent.

Led high-volume hiring for the Consumer Division from June to October and managed recruitment for both the Consumer and Enterprise Business Divisions from August to February, overseeing interviews up to Manager and Head levels. Consistently met monthly hiring quotas, ensuring the timely recruitment of critical roles. Reported directly to the Deputy Chief Revenue Officer (Enterprise), providing monthly updates on hiring activities and key metrics. Developed and published job advertisements, proactively sourced candidates, and reviewed applications to ensure strong job matches. Partnered with Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines. Conducted initial screenings, coordinated interviews, and facilitated candidate endorsements. Maintained recruitment trackers, generated reports, and contributed to HR projects, including beta testing the assessment system and creating job descriptions. Additionally, organized job fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities to attract top talent while managing end-to-end recruitment from candidate selection to job offers and onboarding.
