I worked as a Customer Service Advisor from a Retail Company (Macys) through BPO for 6 months. I am taking inbound calls. I am helping customers placing an order online, process reshipment and refund. I also help them about the store locations nearby.
I also have experience handling a Telecommunications account. I’ve worked with T-Mobile for 1 year and 5 months. I am taking inbound calls. I am helping customers placing an order for cellphones, adding a line to their account, helping them manage their bills by setting up a payment arrangement and auto deduct pay from their account. I also help them have their connections to be reconnected and making sure they won't have any service interruptions.
I have also experience working on a healthcare account (Cigna) for 6 months. I am taking inbound calls. I help customers/patients to check their coverage, the doctors we are working with, setting up appointments with clinic and hospitals and a lot more.
