Profile Description

As Clinic operations supervisor I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensures that all physicians and staff are performing their jobs effectively and that patients are receiving quality care and service in a safe, clean and friendly environment and planning out and performing management sales functions to ensure that monthly sales target are achieved.
Part of my tasks also is to develop new ways to improve clinic efficiency or patient satisfaction. This includes coming up with new policies or procedures,redesigning certain areas of the clinic to make them more efficient.   I am also in charge of monitoring the inventory level of supplies and requests via Purchase Request ( PRF). Ensure that all machines and equipments are in good working condition by monitoring the preventive maintenanc.
